Background and outline
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Community Liaison Activity North (CRA-N) project in Khyber, Kurram, North Waziristan and Orakzai districts to make community-level resilience and conflict in Khyber, Kurram, North Waziristan and Orakzai districts Designed to support bar activities. cubic content unit can adopt a multi-disciplinary and socially democratic approach and add shut coordination with the govt. of Pakistan (GOP) at the regional and district levels.
Under the supervising of the Program Manager and therefore the Resource Management Officer, the IT / information Assistant can report back to the workplace of the Senior IT / GIS Assistant CRA-N.
Responsibilities and account:
Assist senior IT / GIS assistants in providing IT / technical support to CRA North workers, however not restricted to:
Provide necessary help in shooting / troubleshooting the program information PAKDB.
Develop and implement applicable backup, restore, knowledge authentication, and security procedures to make sure knowledge integrity and accessibility
Help upgrade and enhance the present system to effectively answer rising program wants.
Improve and automatise knowledge authentication procedures to support operational and reportage systems.
Installation and configuration of constituent, operational systems and applications in accordance with organization policies and standards
Maintenance and observation of laptop networks and systems.
Provide technical support with constituent and software system
Troubleshoot software system, hardware and network problems all told project offices.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of workplace devices id est bar of all systems / devices together with fax machine, PABX exchange together with intercommunication system, duplicator, network printers, network scanners and movable.
Ensure compliance with IOM knowledge protection policies / ICT tips.
Assist with IT instrumentation inventory chase and inventory updates in accordance with the organization's policies.
Technical support to the safety Department relating to IP cameras and biometric access management systems and technical support to the unit of time department relating to the biometric IP-based attending system.
Perform different duties as appointed.
Requirements and Skills
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in data Technology, laptop Sciences, medium or equivalent. Work expertise of 5 years in a very similar position.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years’ expertise of IT/Technical support (hardware and software).
Working data of information visual image and Geographic system tools like Power bismuth, Arc GIS, QGIS, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of current trends and developments in data technology
Thorough data of Microsoft O365 suite software system (Word, Excel, Outlook, electrical outlet, SharePoint and teams)
Good understanding of laptop Networks (LAN/WAN) and Cyber Security.
Knowledge of Cloud Services and storage.
Knowledge of ERP software system is a bonus.

Excellent social skills
Ability to figure effectively with others in a very society and fragile setting.
Good data and understanding of constituent and networks.
Strong communication Skills
LANGUAGES:
Fluency in English & Urdu
