Collaborate with other developers, project managers and architects to create custom solutions
Manage peer review sessions
Participate in scoping and estimation exercises to ensure the delivery of the proposed project, with the necessary time required for implementation.
Help formulate development standards to align the development process as the team grows
Collaborate in all stages of developmental life
Identify bugs and fix bugs and help maintain code quality, organization and automation
Support sustainable improvements by researching alternatives and technologies and presenting them for architectural review
Create long-term plans for operating system upgrades, device upgrades, and technology upgrades.
