Job Responsibilities:
Working actively to find new business opportunities for the branch.
To ensure that branch assignment liability / asset sales targets are met.
Cost control and generate revenue to increase branch profits.
Assign targets to branch staff and monitor their performance on a daily basis.
Ensuring high quality customer service and compliance with corporate standards in all marketing materials of the bank.
Hold meditation meetings with all branch staff to review progress on business goals, service quality, and branch operational performance.
To promote high moral values in the staff and arrange for their training and development.
Responsible for compliance with SBP and bank policies regarding product development.
Ensuring compliance with all SBP and NRSP Bank rules, regulations, policies, SOPs.
To perform any other task assigned by the management.

ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Preferably master or equivalent from HEC accredited institution.
